Literally the worst experience with a title company I’ve ever had. Inept and incompetent staff. No one ever knew what was going on with my closing, even with multiple email reminders and double checking information from my realtor and myself. Not one person I spoke with or emailed at Chicago Title could do anything correctly. Most frustrating closing experience. Buying a home is stressful, but they made it unbearable. Had a great closing experience with both Genet Johnson and Amy- the front desk gal. Would definitely use these folks again- my sister... I mean brother.... really enjoyed it as well ;)
Seriously THE BEST title company in all of DFW. They will take care of buyers, sellers and agents with top notch service and communication. Highly recommend!
