As an investor I have used several title companies and my experience here was horrible. They told me to get a cashiers check for a certain amount at closing and at closing the amount was different. The made me wire additional funds which cost me wiring fees that they never refunded even though it was their mistake. Horrible way to do business and I will never use them again. I recommend that you don't as well.
