Jim and Chicago Title were outstanding! He went above and beyond to handle every hurdle we hit with the broker and mortgage company. He was fast, professional, and always on top of it. I’ve worked with a lot of title companies, and they’re easily head and shoulders above the rest. Great office, very welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I’ve Never Would Recommend Or Use It Again In My Life. I Had The Most Horrible Experience
Terrible customer service. Did not take the time to explain things to customers. We closed the home in January and the original paperwork was never mailed to us but was electronically sent. I walked in today to ask for the original closing paperwork. The front desk later was annoyed and quickly upset when I asked for the original copies because they were "unavailable".
