Pre-closing comments: Poor communication, poor service and their price was over 50% more than other title companies I've used for MI closings. For a title company that focuses on dotting the i's and crossing the t's, they made mistakes and overlooked important details. It was also annoying to be expected to sign documents that weren't shared beforehand. Chicago Title Kalamazoo handled the closing of the house we recently sold and they completely dropped the ball prorating the property taxes. Cost us a bundle fixing it later. Isn't this exactly what they're supposed to take care of? Would NOT recommend using their services.
