We closed on our home here recently. Everyone in the building is super, super friendly. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is due to lack of communication after wiring our down payment/closing cost money. I sent the wire via chase at 1230, requested they call when they received it; NO CALL! I couldn't sleep the night before our closing since no one called back..... UPDATE: The title company did NOT pay the insurance as they were supposed to. I had to pay the insurance out of pocket, 2k+. After explanation to this title... read more
