ZERO STARS DESERVED HERE. They screwed up EVERYTHING that possibly COULD be screwed up in this transaction. Knowing what a screwed up city Chicago itself has become, this company is aptly named. These people have no clue how to do their job. They misinformed me as their customer and ended up making the entire process much more difficult than it ever should have been. They lied in order to cover up their incompetence.
