When it comes to taking your money they’re great! But when it comes to helping someone that used them to close their time is too valuable for you. Called with a concern and when I was transferred to the Crystal Lake I was immediately met with hostility and attitude from a woman who obviously didn’t want to help. She’s too good and that’s above her pay grade I guess. Wish I would’ve gotten her name but she’ll know who she is. After 5 minutes she pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up on me.
