The hours of operation are wrong on the website. And getting ahold of anyone who works there is like pulling teeth. The one time i did gwt in contact with someone they were very short and rude. I've heard nothing but good things about this place, but in my experience it's just not worth the hassle. Pay a little more money and get people who actually want to help you.
