Jeanette is great, she's very transparent, communicative, and friendly. She made the process extremely easy. Brought in 6 be tiers, just needed then swapped out on my bucket truck. Brought it all on around 8am and was done and on my way out by 11am. They unfortunately were unable to balance my tiers, they are honest about it though and upgraded my valves on all 6 for free. I appreciate it.
