We work with Chicago Tent every year for our Chicago Walk and I can't say enough about how helpful the team is! Zeze is so great to work with, responding within minutes and always able to do what you need. If you need tents (or any rented equipment for that matter) for anything, I can't recommend them enough.
I rented a 20x20 tent from Chicago Tent and had a great experience from start to finish. The service was excellent—communication was smooth and consistent throughout the entire rental process. Any questions I had about the who, what, when, and where were answered quickly and clearly. The tent itself was top quality, looking brand new right out of the box. Always reliable, creative, and on time!
What an excellent job this company did. The set up was seamless , the take down was just as good. I had a few requests because of some other things being brought to the property that needed to be delivered on a schedule… talk about customer service !! I could have never received better customer service. the prices were unbelievably priced well ,, and the service I got was above and beyond. I can’t say enuf great things about this company.
