The whole team at Chicago Tent was fabulous to work with, from order to installation to break down. They needed hardly any instruction from me, were super responsive, and really did a beautiful job. I would absolutely rent from them in the future.
We have now rented a 20x20 tent for our yard for parties twice with Chicago Tent LLC and each time has been so easy and reasonable in pricing. Zeze and his team have always been great to work with from the moment we reserved the date to when they pick up the tent. Highly recommend them for local parties and events.
We had a great experience with this party tent company! Despite all the rain we had, they were flexible and helped us find a better location for the tent. The setup was smooth and professional, and the lighting looked absolutely beautiful at night. The tent height was perfect and made the space feel open and comfortable. When the event was over, the crew handled the takedown quickly and efficiently. They were easy to work with from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend them!
I used Chicago Tent for rentals for my bachelorette party. Initially I was pleased with my experience leading up to actual party day. On the day of my party (this was a Friday), delivery folks were about 30-40 minutes late which delayed us in getting set up. We dealt with it and moved on, but the larger issues came into play the next day for pick up. We had a 3:00 PM pick up scheduled after we got back from some activities down town (this was Saturday).
