We have been doing stucco restoration, new stucco work and stucco remodeling for nearly 40 years. We can take your old stucco home and make it new. We give a 5 year guarantee on all work. When we do a home it is good for 20 years or more. Sorry, We do not work on dryvit, EIFS, or fake stucco.

They just finished repairing the stucco on my house. Their work was absolutely first rate. It was clear that the most important thing for their team was doing a great job--they put in the extra effort, overcame obstacles. First class, no excuses. I rarely write reviews, but I went out of my way to write this one because their work was so outstanding.
I recently had the stucco on my home repaired and re-surfaced by Chicago Stucco Co. My home is fifty years old and this is the second time that I have called upon Chicago Stucco to work on my house; the last time was in 1990. My home required the repair of some cracks and a general resurfacing of the stucco. I am very pleased with the work; the end result looks better then original finish. Our experience with Chicago Stucco is very positive. Tom and his workers were nothing short of fabulous. Nice guys, very respectful of us and our property. Our house looks great and we couldn't be happier. This is a great company!!!. You wouldn't have known that they were here, cleaned up better than we could.

We first worked with Chicago Stucco 25 years ago when they completed our entire 110 year old house. We have used them on a number of subsequent occasions for touch up jobs because of construction work. They just completed work on our good sized potting shed which had vine damage that needed repair. As usual, they finished the work in a timely manner for a reasonable and fair price. The two man crew were courteous, neat, friendly and respectful. I would not consider using anyone else for stucco work.

Fantastic company to work with. The quality of their work is top notch. They performed all of the work described in the contract in a timely manner and were very respectful of neighbors as well when doing the work. The stucco repair and color coating they applied made my 114 year old house look new. The owners and workers were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company.

I’d like to take a moment to thank Chicago Stucco Co. and Tom and his crew. They did an amazing job on our 1929 “Old” house! They were all punctual, knowledgeable and careful. They always cleaned the areas before leaving and took care and were respectful of the property. Our job was big and complicated and we felt we got great service for a fair price.
