Had water spilling over the gutter every time it rained heavy, which was starting to mess with the soffit underneath. After reading through some reviews for repair places in Chicago I called these guys. They figured out the gutter was pitched wrong and there was a clog further down that the previous cleaning hadn't gotten. Repitched the run, cleared the blockage, and patched the soffit area that had gotten soft. It's been raining a lot lately and no more spillover.

water was running behind the gutter and down the back of the fascia every heavy rain. you could see the staining on the soffit getting worse. called a couple places, most wanted to quote a full gutter replacement which seemed like overkill for what was clearly a localized issue. So our gutters had been giving us trouble for a while - mainly on the back side of the house where a joint was leaking pretty consistently when it rained. Called Chicago Repairs and had a good conversation on the phone about what was going on. They came by and did a full check of the system which is when they found that a couple sections had actually pulled away from the fascia board. Had a couple separated gutter joints and a loose downspout connection on the front of our house. Chicago repairs came out and got all of it taken care of in one visit. Everything drains properly now which is what matters. I like that they did try to upsell me on replacing the whole run- they just fixed what needing fixing and that was that

Chicago Repairs fixed our gutters along the back and one side of the house. The brackets had failed on several sections so the gutters were sagging pretty noticeably - water was just sitting there instead of draining toward the downspouts. After they finished everything hangs level again and drains properly. They sealed a couple seams while they were at it too which I think were starting to go.
