Space is great for what we need. Mike does a wonderful job of communicating, keeping the space clean and always lending a helping hand.
This is a very poorly managed space. If there is a facilities issue, it’s impossible to get a hold of management. Their main phone line is currently disconnected, but in the few times I’ve successfully gotten a hold of them, I’ve been met with terrible customer care. Unfortunately it seems like they simply collect rent from their clients and leave them to fend for themselves. We have had several break ins and damage to our unit door.
