Avg hold time to get a human on the phone is 15-20min, followed by another 10-15min to be transferred to triage/clinical staff who can actually help, then another 15-20min to discuss the issue and be offered a solution. Multiply that by 4-5X phone calls to follow up with their office and get them to effectively implement said solution. Sleep study for CPAP titration was great thanks to Terry, the technician who guided me through the procedure. The room was clean and comfortable. I managed to sleep enough for meaningful results, and for me that's an accomplishment with my chatterbrain and anxieties.
I was skeptical about it at first due to all the previous reviews, but I gave the sleep center a try. And it wasn't bad at all! Everyone's experience is different of course but to me it wasn't as bad as the other reviews described.

They don’t care about you. All they care is your money. 2 month to get results. Then they tell you that someone will call you back to set up appointment for further study cause your results are not good. No call back, no chance to get hold of them either. Also, rude customer service. One of the worst experiences.
