The roof looked fine at first, but within a month several shingles came loose. I called the company for warranty service and they gave me the runaround for weeks. Save yourself the headache — go with a reliable roofer instead.
Extremely disappointed. They promised a full roof replacement, but instead patched areas just to save time. The final bill was higher than the quote, and they refused to fix the leaks that appeared afterward. Totally dishonest and careless.
I attempted to get quotes from around 10 companies on the Southside and lucky for me one of them was Greg. Out of those 10 attempts only 3 showed up and the other two were not anywhere near Greg's professionalism. He came out quickly for an estimate, told me exactly what I needed and quoted me a very reasonable price. He did not try to upsell me on things I didn't need like the other two quotes I got and was very patient in explaining his thought process.
