We have Hired Chicago Service Group for the last 10 years to take care of all our Building and Property Maintenance issues. my family ownes several properties throughout Chicago land. I work for a Parking Company. Our contractor failed to show up for this past storm on March 6th. I had the daunting task of finding another contractor to complete our 27 parking facilities by morning. After calling 15 different contractors and reaching answering machines and voice messages, I called Chicago Service Group. I had the pleasure of hiring Chicago Service Group 3 years ago for Concrete repairs at one of our condo buildings down town. Since them we use them for all our landscaping and landscape maintenance, Snow removal, and building maintenance issues. Their pricing is fair and comepative and they complete all jobs and work orders on time and within budget. I can not say enough great things about this company. Professionalism at its best. From the office manager to the technicians, they are all knowledgeable and accomidating.
DO NOT HIRE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! – If I could give this company no stars or negative stars I would. This has been my worse nightmare ever!!! I wish ST38 would have posted his review earlier because I would've never hired this company otherwise. They had no design team, no drawings, no nothing. They worked by word.
