DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I would give them zero stars if I could. There is NEVER anyone that picks up from their business number and when they do, it is an answering service with which you leave a message and never get a call back. Our business had a false alarm last night for which we received a violation and there is STILL NO ANSWER from "Chicago Security Systems." The business owner should always be informed when an alarm has gone off.

Awful service!! Can never get a hold of anyone. Only contact number is a messaging center and not someone actually with the company. I've left over a dozen messages with this messaging center and haven't gotten a single call back in the last 2 weeks. Security system doesn't work and they aren't available to answer questions about it. I have been trying to cancel my service for over 2 weeks now and there is no response from anyone at the company. DO NOT GET YOUR HOME SECURED WITH THIS COMPANY!
This company stopped work on my alarm installation 2/3 of the way through the contract...and right after cashing a check for the work that had been completed (which, I discovered, is not up to code). DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
