I had 6 Cameras installed on my House and detached Garage by Don and Kyle of Chicago Security Surveillance today (11/01/24) and have to say it was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor in a very very long time. The owner Don and his worker Kyle knew exactly what to do and could tell they have worked together for many yrs. Both guys were very Knowledgeable and very professional and would absolutely Recommend them 100%. My experience with Don was unsettling. He was very timely, responsive and professional at first. However, when I took more than 18 minutes to make the deposit payment after he requested it, he became aggressive and threatening. Calling me more than 5 times and sending numerous texts within a span of minutes. Then raised his voice at me, a customer…. Don was great to work with and install quote was very fair and comparable to other quote. Install was quick and clean. The NVR system with HD IP cameras is really great, and the app to view them remotely is also easy to use and works well. Quality on monitor and app is incredible. I think my only service critique is I'd like more/longer stored time. Even with motion recording in the city it takes up a lot of harddrive space, so maybe a bigger drive offering would be an option.
