Professional and on time
I've been coming to Chicago's Pulse CPR, every 2 years for 6 years. And when I tell you Instructor Sara is theeeeeee BEST! She makes the class fun and very informative. You will save somebody life training with Sara!!!!
When I used to work I always went here. I got my husband to go here. He is a CPR instructor for his job as well as a side gig. June is always emailing him for updates given by the AHA. She is on top of things. He will be training here to re-certify his instructor’s certification soon. He always says it is interesting no matter how many times he sits through it. I am glad that I started here, and that my husband got to earn skills to teach it on his job awhile ago. Thanks June!
I came to renew my BLS + ACLS certification with Diane. She was a great instructor and told great stories! There was some updating to be done with their system - so they were unable to send the cards out same day as usual. I took the class on a Friday morning and received the cards as promised on Monday. Junellen was SO helpful in answering any and all questions I had and very helpful in general! Thank you ladies so much and I will see you in 2 more years! ;) - Pamela
