I came to renew my BLS + ACLS certification with Diane. She was a great instructor and told great stories! There was some updating to be done with their system - so they were unable to send the cards out same day as usual. I took the class on a Friday morning and received the cards as promised on Monday. Junellen was SO helpful in answering any and all questions I had and very helpful in general! Thank you ladies so much and I will see you in 2 more years! ;) - Pamela
