This mall is always clean. Very nice! Very big 1 level mall. Their AMC is nicer! I live in Highland Indiana and I love coming here.
It’s been a while since I’ve been to the mall but for many years in the past my kids enjoyed the carousel in the food court. That was the main attraction of our visit every time as we rode the carousel an average of 4 to 5 times every visit. I have no idea why they removed it and I’m sure we will not get an answer to that. Even though we did a lot of shopping there and ate at the food court every visit it’s just your basic mall nothing really special about it but the carousel made it feel so much more special than other mall... read more

Santos, the carousel was removed as a way to upgrade Chicago Ridge Mall for all of our patrons. The upgraded food court will provide additional seating, new flooring and a nice upgrade for guests to enjoy as they dine with us. This will provide for more seating as many of our guests have requested.
Lived in this area for years as I watch this mall continue to go downhill in more ways than one. The removal of the carousel ended it for me. I would rather shop online than deal with unprofessional and rude associates. The customers base had changed and they can be just as bad. I see this place becoming a thing of the past.

What a waste of time for trick or treating...arrived at 5pm and everyone was already out of candy. Won't be back again �

Sara, we understand that many retailers ran out of candy as we had large crowds on Halloween. However, our mall Halloween event began at Carson's court at 4pm and lasted till 7pm and we had candy left over. There were free halloween photos, face painting, crafts, balloon artist and more until 7pm.

Well, Chicago Ridge Mall always been a great Mall to shop at. With, it variety of store you have plenty to choice from as far as clothes , shoes, phones. etc.I like the eatery that have the mini donuts . I can't remember right off hand the name of this place, but the mini donuts is slammin' and they smell so good. So, you know they taste good . I didn't get chance to stop there. But, next time I'm there first stop. The store are decent . Lot of friendly employee.
Very clean but the bartender actually both bartenders what kind of rude but overall had a nice experience
