In simple terms, Joe and his team get the job done! I had my multi-family home on the market for several months with two separate agents, was under contract several times, and each time the deal fell through. Joe contacted me to give him a chance and long story short, he and his team came through phenomenally. House sold for above asking (and previous list price) in an arguably worse market for buyers due to interest rates. 10/10 would recommend.
