Spend 3 ours making an appointment with my insurance and they called back the next day stating “our aenta contract has been terminated as of last night and we no longer take your insurance” ….. what??? Do not trust them
Spent 4 months emailing back and forth about booking a first time screening. Each time "The doctor wants to maintain a free schedule and cannot commit to screenings" and just pushing me off to other staff who did not have a background or profile that matched the issues I had/wanted to talk about. I don't understand the full business operations of a therapist, but I would hope they would try to match issues with experienced staff.
