Frank and Laurie are wonderful. They respond immediately. They are knowledgeable and professional. They replaced my liner, opened and closed my pool. They had to repair my pool due to the horrible installation provided by The Great Escape. Skip the store and call Chicago Pool and Spa!
This company was excellent to deal with! We had just purchased a new house and was told the pool was in working condition… it in fact was not and had years worth of paint on the surface. Every other company quoted us 3x the price they gave us! They’re hard workers and always went above and beyond what we asked for! My pool is beautiful now and my family and I can finally enjoy it thanks to these people!! Can’t recommend them enough!
