DO NOT LIVE HERE! We were loyal, clean, and paid our rent on time for 6 years. Our ceiling started leaking sometime last October. It was given a shabby patch job but it was still a consistent issue every time it rained. The leak was in the bedroom so my fiance and I had to have our mattress in the living room for months out of the year. By May of this year the ceiling was really bad and by june it was in danger of collapsing on us (see the photos). This place should be condemned the roof is is falling because when it rains this happens, they are sure to take your money, but never fix anything.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The building is clean, but the management is a mess. Jessica is unprofessional, dismissive, and not someone tenants can rely on. Rent goes up $50–$100 every year, and parking fees rise too. I lived here for years, never paid late, never had a violation, and stayed to myself — and still had issues because of management. Eddie is the only one who truly cares about tenants. This place could be great, but not with the current manager in charge.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The building is clean and well‑maintained, but the management is the real issue. Jessica, the property manager, is consistently unprofessional, dismissive, and difficult to trust. Rent increases $50–$100 every year, and parking fees rise with no added value. They are impossible to contact. They had available units posted online and trying to get in contact with them to view them was a pain. I emailed twice and called multiple times and got no response. On one attempt I left my information with an agent and was told I'd bet a call back but they never did. After about the 6th or 7th try I got lucky and finally got a call back and did a tour.
