Worst palce to unload, took too much of time, wait on the road, no management
Terrible experience at Vienna Beef Warehouse. My driver checked in at 6:00 AM and was the second truck in line to be unloaded. Despite this, the warehouse staff prioritized trucks that arrived after us, making us sit there for an outrageous 7 hours and 30 minutes. There was zero communication, no sense of urgency, and no valid explanation for the delay. This kind of inefficiency and disrespect for drivers’ time is completely unacceptable. I'm not sure how the week day is but i delivered on a Saturday morning my appointment was for 7am. The staff was nice, the young lady who worked the front signed me in and put me to the door right away. The warehouse man which was nice had me unloaded before 8am and that was including moving a trailer for him off the road which would have blocked my view leaving and anyone coming.
