I've officially brought two of my children here, both with different outcomes - one child with a helmet, one without. My daughter did a helmet through Chicago Pediatric Orthotics in 2023 - they did a phenomenal job keeping us updated on the progress and estimated time it would take since she was a tad older at 9 months when she started. When our son was just 7 months old, we found out he needed a helmet, and as new parents, we were understandably nervous and overwhelmed. From the moment we stepped into Chicago Pediatric Orthotics, all of that anxiety started to melt away- thanks entirely to the incredible team there, especially Ryan. Ryan was truly exceptional. Pat has been my orthotist since I was 3 years old, and I just saw her again at 28 years old for custom orthotics. Pat is the BEST orthotist in Chicagoland. She has always been and continues to be kind, empathetic, supportive, and professional. Every time I see her, I feel welcomed, cherished, and supported. The process of chronically needing custom orthotics is draining and frustrating overall, but because Pat is so amazing at her job, I am always excited to get new orthotics.
