From my experience this is a very reputable shutter company. I think they've been around for over 15 years, which says a lot. Great products and pricing.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOOD I BOUGHT SHUTTER FROM THEM ABOUT A YEAR AND HALF AGO AND THEY ARE TERRIBLE ON RETURNING CALLS THE OWNER HAS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL. THE SHUTTER I BOUGHT ONLY MESSES UP IN THE WINTER TIME BUT WHEN IT DOES THEY CHARGE ME OVER $250 TO COME OUT AND FIX IT. Disappointed Consumer – WARNING... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... I ordered shutters from this company. I'm having a nightmare of a time dealing with this company. They will not return my calls, or they put me on hold and never return to the phone. They are very dishonest, BUYER BEWARE. I spent thousands of dollars for them to install shutters. They installed them but now my back windows cannot open more than 2 inches. When I called the service dept I get the run around. They do not return calls. Unreliable Shutter company – I have done business with this company in the past, I also have done a referral to my inlaw. But this current issue that I am having with this company is pissing me off. They have my money and will not keep appointments that have been set. Return phone calls are nill and void. The name I know this company by is Chicago One Shutters, the name is different but the address and phone number are the same.
