I had my first session with Dr. Cohen yesterday about a chronic symptom that my GP is having trouble diagnosing. A previous neurologist had been extremely dismissive of my symptoms and said there was nothing wrong with me, but Dr. Cohen actually listened to me and discussed the various symptoms I'm having and what they could mean and proposed a course of action to find a diagnosis. He truly gave me the care and attention to take my symptoms seriously, and that's a special and important quality.
Dr Cohen was very pleasant and thorough with his questions, making sure I had all I needed and that all my questions were answered. I didn’t have to wait for long in the lobby and got all the time I needed with him.
I was so thrilled with my experience at CNS recently. The staff was beyond lovely and accommodating . The infusion suite was so warm and welcoming. This medical center has more of a relaxing spa feel than a medical feel, but make no mistake they are rooted in clinically based care. I would highly recommend them over “wellness” center in the city!
Dr. Cohen seemed knowledgeable after my first visit and I had told him of the meds I am on and need to continue, and he stated that he would put it in his notes and said to call back before the medication ran out so that I could get the order filled. The day comes that I am running low and I call in, they say it will be ready or they will call me if it is denied. Low and behold, no call, nothing at the pharmacy.
