I had a great experience with the doctor—very knowledgeable and attentive. However, I’ve had repeated issues with the front desk staff. On several occasions, one of the receptionists has been dismissive and unhelpful. Most recently, I called to follow up on an imaging order and was told it would be sent the same day.
