Very thorough! Dr. COHEN cares about his patients.I recommend him highly. The understanding of what I am experiencing after a bad fall down 15 metal stairs during winter, is second to none.
I had a great experience with the doctor—very knowledgeable and attentive. However, I’ve had repeated issues with the front desk staff. On several occasions, one of the receptionists has been dismissive and unhelpful. Most recently, I called to follow up on an imaging order and was told it would be sent the same day. Unfortunately, the hospital later contacted me to say they never received the order from the doctor’s office. I was very impressed with Dr Cohen and his team.
Nice office and staff. Engaged and thoughtful doctor.
The service is ok. I went there for POTS treatment, and sadly I didn't respond well to the treatment prescribed. Dr. Lenny Cohen is nice and knowledgeable though, and I understand these things aren't always black and white. The admin side of the clinic is poor.
