Some History Should Die This store has been in Tucson since the beginning. The old guys that used to run it weren't very good and the new generation is worse. Very high prices and honestly, much of the gear is cheap lower end or no-name stuff now. There was a time they at least had good stuff, now they just suck. Located in downtown Tucson, and very historical in nature, but stuck there. Good luck if you decide to purchase or deal with these folks now.
TERRIBLE!!!! AHHH! THESE PEOPLE SUCK! The place is a mess, the staff is rude and argumentative, and the prices are unreal. Baught a guitar from them a month ago, which immediately broke. I brought it back under warranty and they told me they werent going to honor the warranty! I had to get the state involved to get my money back. UNREAL!
Yuck. This place self-promotes as "the musician's store" - but I don't know any who agree other than as a nostalgic notion. They are far more expensive than most, and they have terrible service, absolutely rude. (I've noticed they treat their young staff lousy, too.) They SELL rather than hand out polishing clothes with their advertising on them. As huge as they are, they actually can produce very little even when they can be convinced to do so - which is after a long wait and listening to other staff scream at them in the b... read more
