Called and spoke with Jaquiline (3122177272) regarding a simple notary inquiry, not only she wasn't helpful, but was extremely rude when asked a simple question, using ill mannered tone, being obnoxious and just overall unprofessional . If she does not know the answer or can not provide the service, just simply say so. There was no need for any of this. The experience was horrible and Jaquiline definitely needs more training in this field.
