1st and last time I will be coming here. My appointment was at 4pm I showed up at 4:01 pm and was told that there was 3 people ahead of me and that they were short staffed today. I understand. I was waiting for 30mins then a young lady came in after me but was seen 5 mins after sitting down. I dont understand that at all. And how are you short staffed but your nurses are leaving early? The nurse and security were laughing as the nurse was leaving and they both said how she was leaving early today and she said sure am. 🙄

UNPROFESSIONAL! My Practitioner directed me to this office, due to my primary physician died and previously handled my gynecological needs. I went to the the office to inquire about some information and providers. I felt as if I was speaking in another language to the woman at the front desk. I was constantly repeating myself. Don’t even waste your time. Every time I try to call after making an appointment no one answers. Made an appointment twice and when I call to ask questions there’s never anyone to answer the phone 🙄 it’s so irritating to constantly call and call. The whole reason for calling to inquire about the appointment time because they didn’t send out a text reminder. I specifically asked if do text reminders and they said yes. Still haven’t gotten one. Called the cal location and could tell by the person otp this will not be a place for me i’ll Go out my way for respect and accuracy. Check out Dr. Richard Barton Good Samaritan hospital. He takes insurance and he is my primary as well my birth doctor. Over the years he has made me feel nothing but comfortable. Def worth the 30 to 35 min ride!
