So I was visiting here for 3 years. The doctor is nice and professional. But today I had a very bad experience here. Every year I was able to use my health fund to paid my visit but today I was told that I need to pay by myself. I was mentioned I had health fund it’s in my profile and front desk lady was not understanding and still charged me and said I should call my insurance. I went there for the immigration physics exam, it was a terrible experience. At first, the nurse tried to take out my blood, but she stuck the needle next to my vein instead of my vein and tried to look for the vein using the needle inside my skin, it’s really painful. I asked her to stop after the needle underneath my skin for 1 minute but still no blood out. Then the doctor Cvengros came, but she also failed to take my blood out. Dr. Cvengros is thorough with her work. I've had multiple doctors in my past who have gaslit me and have ignored my medical concerns. However, she has restored my faith in the medical field. I'm glad I found someone who cares about my concerns and cares about prevention as much as finding solutions to medical issues. My husband goes to Dr. Munoz. Dr. Munoz is also amazing! After my husband broke his hand, he found an infection that the orthopedist overlooked. He also cares about prevention as much as treating current issues.... read more
