While no hotel stay is perfect (elevators are a bit off, and laundry is inaccessible at the moment), it's the people who define the experience. Stayed back in July for a work team gathering. Wifi wasn't very good the entire time we were there. It's far enough outside of Chicago that it's around $80-$90 ubers to get back into Chicago/Ohare. The hotel itself was decent, it's a Marriott. The staff was friendly and they did try to help with the wifi issues.
Room was small. Only one small trash receptacle. Over $150 upcharge for change of linen.
