charged us DOUBLE what we were supposed to be charged, now having to deal with this huge mess and wait on a manager to be in because theres no manager in today. there should always be someone on the clock who is able to fix such big mistakes that isn't even the customers fault! This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
This hotel was pleasant and clean. The view wasn't great from my room but otherwise I would stay there again.
Julia was extremely helpful and accommodating for issues that were out of her control. Great service from the overnight team, will be back if I’m back in town!
The room was nice, but the room was extremely hot. AC was not working. Front desk customer was terrible
