I came to Carmen for post-op care approximately 2 months after being serviced with another business and developing scar tissue. I started with 2 sessions/week, to 1/week, and now bi-weekly at 6 months post-op. Carmen has helped break down the scar tissue & helped me managed my swelling. Definitely recommend to others.
Carmen is clearly an expert in post-surgery procedure. I went to her 4 months post because I had not been able to afford a normal series of massages like I had done with previous surgeries. I have lipodema so I've had a few. She is definitely no nonsense in manner but incredibly caring and thorough while treating. I recommend going for a series of treatments much sooner after surgery. She would absolutely help the healing process.
I have seen Carmen twice now for 90 minute Lymphatic Drainage Massage. The whole experience is heavenly. From her spa like studio, to her scented oils, to her through massage, she makes the whole experience beyond relaxing. The only downside is that 90 minutes goes by too fast! I will definitely be back.
I had an amazing experience with Carmen. I had extensive scarring after my prophylactic mastectomy and I noticed an immediate improvement after the first session of massage with ultrasound. I’ve continued to see improvement with each session and I’m so glad I found Carmen because she has helped speed up my recovery significantly. She is very knowledgeable and flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend her services to help with any/all post-op healing!
She really helped me heal after surgery. By far the best masseuse I've ever went to!!!! She gets 10 stars!!!!
