They do not have authority to take in UPS drop. Off packages or even process UPS packages. How can they even put that on their website to deceive customers. Call UPS and ask them yourselves. They are deceiving you with lies. They do not have UPS!!!
They ruined my daughter's computer in shipping and would not help with the claim.
