Took a COVID test in Chicago at n Sheridan. The place didn’t look clean neither follow safety protocols. There was only one person which didn’t look like a doctor or nurse. It supposed to be free, but they asked for my driver’s license and insurance info… which made me think later that it could be a scam. Supposed to get results on the same day, but a week later and I am still waiting
