Do NOT use them. A woman named Kimberly ( same as Kim - on their website) is a professional lier. She called me last minute to move the appointment ( for which you have been prepared few days in advance). She never answered my phone calls with questions regarding the procedure.

Very professional and personal approach to your session. They make you feel comfortable, and help you out extremely well during the treatment. I went twice, felt great after and will continue to include this in my regular cleansing treatment. Place is clean and well looked after. Highly recommend
I feel great!! But if it's your first time DO MORE RESEARCH. I had no idea what to truly expect and it was a little overwhelming. I was given privacy for the majority of my experience so that was nice but I'll probably try somewhere else next time. I thought we would talk more about my situation and what I've been experiencing but we didn't. Short staffed maybe.. only one person there. Chicago Internal Cleansing is an amazing place! My brother, who is a cancer patient and I have came several times for a colonic, oxygen hydro sauna and infrared bed. The staff is extremely professional and welcoming. The facility is very clean and super cozy. Thank you so much ladies for providing the attention my Brother deserves!
