Dr. Patel did my breast implant explant surgery, as I was suffering from Bii (breast implant illness). Not only did he believe in the illness, which so many other Surgeons refuse to acknowledge, he went above and beyond to further educate me as to why implants do not work for all women. After researching in network PS I decided to go to Dr. Patel and one other PS in Chicago. The ps I first went to sent pre auth to my insurance for surgery so I knew ahead my surgery was COVERED. I then went to my consult with patels office I informed them they were in network and asked if they accepted my insurance for my procedure. They told me yes to just bring in my insurance card. I had made an appointment for 4:30, rec'd a call asking to bump it up to 4:00. I agreed, I showed up on time, yet I wasn't taken back until 5:00! I was annoyed, however didn't complain. I had botox done and a month later already was faded. I would not recommend this place.
I recently had a few chemical peels done at Chicago Institute of Plastic Surgery and have been so pleased with the results. My skin already looks and feels so much better. Kim did a great job. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. She really made me feel so comfortable. I'll be going back soon and would recommend Kim to any and all of my friends. :)
I’ve been visiting Kim S. for regular microdermabrasion and facials and have been impressed with how smooth and bright my complexion has become! She performed micro needling on my partner to help with a fairly dark facial scar. His scar completely disappeared with only TWO treatments! Dr Patel literally gave me my life back. He is kind, gentle, exceptionally skilled and respectful. You can count on him to do exactly what he says he is going to do and is always ready to hear your questions. His staff are just as concerned and caring as he is.
Kim is wonderful. She is gentle, and she was so careful with my sensitive skin. I have had 3 peels now and I’m so pleased! I highly recommend her!
