Love Working With Catherine!! – Can I say what a professional group of people? I have mostly worked with Catherine, but have also had the pleasure of getting to know Karen, they are both well educated, thoughtful and really attentive to your needs. I have always been sweetly surprised to how they go above and beyond to really help you with what you are working on -- for me some stubborn eating habits that just need to be broken. Professional and Impressive – I'm impressed by the professionalism of the Chicago Hypnosis Center and it's personnel. Karen Hand has done a great job of explaining to me why and how hypnosis works, and also provided a demonstration that made a lot of sense to me. Poor service – This used to be part of the Positive Changes Hypnosis chain. Due to my work schedule I could only do night or weekend appointments and I was promised by a staff member that this would be no problem. As soon as my credit card had been charged none of those times were available. After I complained about this all of a sudden no one would answer when I called or return messages. The CT Attorney General also investigated Positive Changes Hypnosis.
