My lawyer is already working in a lawsuit. If anybody needs to locate this individual please contact me. Probably we can go together in the lawsuit.

Jesus completed a job for the previous buyer and my new buyer purchased the home. Since there was a warranty. We called him to inspect the foundation after 2 years. It did need slight adjustment, and he came back and did it for free!! Talk about honoring Warranty. Our buyers were so pleased!
