The store is gorgeous I’ve never seen another spa store like,and the staff is second to none. I’ve done my research and have owned other brands of hot tubs until I came across Master Spas and I’m glad I did. Master Spas has some special things that other spas cannot compete with. I drive the extra 20 mins to take my water to be tested & buy my chemicals. Amazing staff that truly knows the meaning of customer service. Knowledgeable & friendly.
Great experience. From the time of purchase till it was installed. I am a spa rookie and having someone show me all of the controls and chemicals was great.
Great service. Knows what they are doing. Buy a hot tub from them you will have no problems that they can't fix
Wanted a tub for a long time, been looking for that WOW factor ya know? And boy oh boy did I find it here, couldn't have found it better than in my Twilight spa! Check one out yourself! It's worth it!
