Incredible work! After a 10+ hour flight, I was in desperate need of a massage. Chris was able to pinpoint my problem areas and really relieve the pain in my neck and lower back that I was experiencing from sleeping incorrectly. I left feeling so much better. Highly recommend!

I was recommended to this acupuncturist by a friend who had an amazing experience, so I came in with high expectations. I wanted to focus on gut health and anxiety, Chris did an amazing job at pinpointing what my body needed to release and asked many questions before actually placing any needles. I had about 10 needles places on my legs, stomach, and wrists. I cannot recommend Chicago Holistic and Chris enough for massages! When my husband and I first moved to wicker park, we tried a number of different places and none of them hit the mark until we found Chris’ business. Now we won’t go anywhere else. He sets up a tailored experience and adjusts based on any injury or focus areas and always knows the exact right pressure and method of care. I feel so lucky to have found this hidden gem! Chris is an excellent therapist and truly listens to your concerns and understands the body. He is professional and has excellent customer service, offering flexibility with scheduling and frequent deals and bulk discounts. I've finally been able to afford getting massages every few weeks, which has greatly reduced my chronic muscle tension and stress in my body. I highly recommend working with Chris at Chicago Holistic!
