I was recommended to this acupuncturist by a friend who had an amazing experience, so I came in with high expectations. I wanted to focus on gut health and anxiety, Chris did an amazing job at pinpointing what my body needed to release and asked many questions before actually placing any needles. I cannot recommend Chicago Holistic and Chris enough for massages! When my husband and I first moved to wicker park, we tried a number of different places and none of them hit the mark until we found Chris’ business. Now we won’t go anywhere else. He sets up a tailored experience and adjusts based on any injury or focus areas and always knows the exact right pressure and method of care. I've been dealing with pain from a bad accident I was in ten years ago and have been to many chiropractors and massage therapists. After my first session with Chris I found relief that I had been searching for. Every time I go we talk about anything that may be bothering me at the moment and he addresses the issue. I have felt so much improvement in how my body feels after just three sessions and can't wait to continue treatment!
