Visiting Chicago on vacation, I had a minor, yet urgent, issue with one of my hearing aids that required the assistance of a professional. Google pointed me in the direction of Chicago Hearing Care. Even thought I walked in off the street without an appointment, I was treated like a long-term patient, and Dr. Ullauri was able to quickly take care of the issue I was having, which enabled me to go enjoy my vacation. These fine folks were absolute lifesavers for me.
Dr. Ullauri is the best audiologist I've encountered in my 40+ years of dealing with audiologists. Highly recommend her for all your hearing needs!
Establishment 6 stars. Staff 7 stars... seriously, I've never dealt with a business or doctor that is as patient, or caring as them. Alejandra is the best of the best, and her attention to detail, caring nature, and drive make this establishment simply amazing. A must visit for your hearing needs.
