This is people's health and well-being your guys are playing around with. Money-grubbing, disorganized, often unavailable/slow to respond, gives you the run around, bait & switch with which doctor you think you'll see. I have a number of stories, but what prompted this review is requesting refills through the website is a nightmare. Website says the refill is available and the request is submitted. Worst blood draw of my entire life. Took 2 weeks to look normal. Arm still feels weird. I emailed my doctor for recourse and said just let us know if it gets infected. No accountability. Probably no feedback given to the phlebotomist. I went here because this is where my insurance sent me. They don't tell you that the doctors here are residents. That means they will graduate and you will be passed to a new doctor again and again. Not ideal for patients with chronic illness. This is very confusing for people who are not aware... read more
If I could give no stars to this place, I would. Specifically Dr. A Rehman, felt as though he had absolutely zero idea what he was doing. I was there (upon their request) to get my meds refilled, and needed a "physical" to make sure I was still fine on my meds. Well, he tried telling me I shouldn't be at the dosage I was at, and that him and his supervisor "thought I was better off on a lower dosage, and on a different medication."
