Absolutely disgusting. The pharmacy was supposed to open at 10:00 AM, and three of us including another customer and the two employees waited for over 25 minutes. Unfortunately, the person who had the keys never showed up. I waited until 10:35 AM before I finally had to leave. Completely unacceptable.
Dr. G. and all of the staff here are absolutely phenomenal, and I highly recommend switching over to Chicago Health Mart from a corporate-owned, understaffed pharmacy. I made a mistake with an online medication order (I didn’t realize I was selecting a shipment to an old address 14 hours away, as opposed to a pick-up), and it was entirely my fault.
