I chose Dr. Panine because he personally performed the graft placement, which gave me great confidence in the procedure. His staff was exceptionally courteous and professional throughout the entire process. I am now in my seventh month, and the results are outstanding. The transplant was great. But the service and assistance he has are extremely rude and pushy. Kept requesting I get a style of implant while I was drugged up in the office and yelled at me when I refused. I have been yelled and cursed at over the phone several times as well for missing a follow up. Customer service is terrible
Four years after my procedure, and I'm very pleased with my results. They are also very helpful when it comes to medication refills, and are very easy to communicate with! Would highly recommend!
