Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 virus we needed to cancel our upcoming trip to Chicago. Teri at Chicago Guest House was very helpful in cancelling our trip and getting our deposit refunded. In all of my dealings with her, she was very respectful, helpful and forthcoming. I would highly recommend using Chicago Guest House for any trip that you might be planning to Chicago.
We had tickets to a concert at Wrigley Field and booked our stay with Teri Smith at Chicago Guest House. Unfortunately the concert was cancelled and we did not stay. During this whole time, Teri has been awesome in communicating with me and our situation. Teri returns all emails immediately and has been very friendly and courteous. The location is PERFECT when planning an overnight stay near Wrigley Field or any event near there. When we head back to Chicago, Teri Smith and the Chicago Guest House will be our destination.
We had to cancel our trip, as the Cubs/Cards game was cancelled. Teri was amazing to work with - both on making the original reservation and on our cancellation! I highly recommend staying at one of her places!
