Repair of my front porch was completed in a timely manner after great communication and professional service from Grace Construction.
My neighbor referred me to Chicago Grace Construction for a new fence, after I saw what a wonderful job the company did with their new fence. So yesterday my new wood fence was completed, and it's beautiful! Everything went smoothly. The crew members were respectful and careful about everything from start to finish. I had my chimney tuck pointed and couldn’t be happier with the results. The contractor showed up right on time, was professional throughout, and provided a very fair price for the work. The quality of the tuck pointing is good, and my chimney looks great again. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing masonry work.
Great experience. Niko is easy to work with and I appreciate his responsiveness. Initially called on a Thursday, came out for an estimate Friday and work was completed Monday.
Our wood flashing was decaying and coming off our old house. Called Grace they came out the next day and had it repaired the following day. Easy, professional, friendly communication.
