Nikko and the Chicago Grace team are my heroes! Nikko responded immediately to my online inquiry and was very polite and professional. They moved quickly as I spoke to him on a Thursday, estimate was given on Friday, and repairs were completed on Saturday. The estimate was given after a drone was used to assess my roof, and Nikko showed me the areas that needed repairing. I would like to thank chicago grace team for finishing my client roof in a very professional and fast way. I will definitely consider them in all my roof jobs in the future. Very fast communication and response to calls and messages immediately. I love that they provided pictures and videos for the entire process. Huge roof was done in only two days amazing job.
