The work is ok, not great. They can be rude and quite persistent. Niko will call you nonstop until he gets you to sign the contract and is very demanding in receiving the first payment, he canceled the start date of the project on the night before, they need to work on their scheduling and communication, but especially the way they speak to their customers

Called Niko and told him my roof was leaking and he sent someone out within 2 hours to repair my roof and did a very good job. He communicated with me throughout the entire process, took pictures and spoke with me afterwards. Will use him again if I have any problems.

Hired them to change garage roof. When they finished, the roof still leaks. However, I called them and they came back, fixed it, and honored their warranty. Roof is no longer leaking and is now good.

Niko & his crew were efficient, kind, and fair priced. They came out the same day to tarp before it rained. They were upfront about the cost and what they would be doing on top of providing a quick turnaround on a quote. Would recommend!

Nikko and the Chicago Grace team are my heroes! Nikko responded immediately to my online inquiry and was very polite and professional. They moved quickly as I spoke to him on a Thursday, estimate was given on Friday, and repairs were completed on Saturday. The estimate was given after a drone was used to assess my roof, and Nikko showed me the areas that needed repairing.
