I had high hopes for this company, but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. My waterfall gutter issue still has not been addressed after installation, despite multiple promises. I was also told after the fact that the gutters installed on my garage “weren’t a good idea,” even though they proceeded with the installation because I had paid for it. My neighbor referred me to Chicago Grace Construction for a new fence, after I saw what a wonderful job the company did with their new fence. So yesterday my new wood fence was completed, and it's beautiful! Everything went smoothly. The crew members were respectful and careful about everything from start to finish. Yard prep, delivery of materials, and clean up afterwards all went well. If I had a question or concern, either Niko or his son would call as soon as they could on the same day. I had my chimney tuck pointed and couldn’t be happier with the results. The contractor showed up right on time, was professional throughout, and provided a very fair price for the work. The quality of the tuck pointing is good, and my chimney looks great again. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing masonry work.

Great experience. Niko is easy to work with and I appreciate his responsiveness. Initially called on a Thursday, came out for an estimate Friday and work was completed Monday.
