These people are scammers on Groupon. I spent a $138.00 for with Groupon for services with this company. When I attempted to schedule an appointment the response I received was that they had no available appointments for 6 months. Because they had no appointments for 6 months my Groupon expired and they would not Respond to my request for a refund. The BBB was notified, but this company is not BBB certified. Got microblading services. I am very happy with the results so far. Alexis is a wonderful technician. She definitely puts her customers first, which is not something I see alot these days. I will be going for a follow up visit in about 6 weeks, and I am looking forward to seeing the final results. All in all, very happy with my decision.
I purchased service with a Groupon and scheduled an appt. They asked for my groupon info and I gave it before services were rendered.(Big Mistake) My appt was canceled not once but twice. I phoned Groupon to request a refund but was told the groupon had been used by Glam Factory. I tried repeatedly to call GF but was never able to speak to someone. I left several messages. Wow never visited however reading the business's responses to cust. Complaints they sure are defensive, and IMO quite rude and begging the question why are they so defensive? In my experience when people threaten legal action and are argumentive it speaks volumes about the vibe and mission of said business.... just syin'
CALL & BOOK ASAP! One word for this business: AMAZING! This Industry is crazy, as we know, and Alexis and the staff are ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! No matter who you are, the level of professionalism and kindness- literally doesn't compare TO anywhere else & the results of whatever you do, and seriously do everything- are unbelievable! TAKE CARE OF YOU AT A PLACE THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YOU!!!!!
